Our Weight Management Program is called Life in Balance. This program encompasses much more than your standard weight loss program! Our goal is to teach participants about healthy ways to lose weight by bringing balance to their lives. We'll teach you how to relieve those daily stresses in your life, and make the right choices about nutrition. You'll also learn stress reduction in Yoga and meditation classes which are held weekly on-site. Life in Balance involves a weekly support meeting led by one of our clinical staff. During these meetings you will learn why you make the decisions that you do about nutrition, ways to change that behavior and ways to relieve the stress that may be a contributing factor. You'll also receive the support of your peers and hear their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The Life in Balance program includes:
